Other Projects:
Inspiration comes from a variety of places and it is different for everyone. For me, it is the darkness. It is what has fueled my writing and my art for as long back as I can remember and it has allowed me to create something beautiful from tragedy and despair.
The Poetry of Emotion, written loosely in the stages of grief, shares a glimpse at the inner struggles of a child left behind, still searching after all these years for the desperately needed reassurance and security that had been taken away so long ago. It will take a deep look at the emotional roller coaster of depression and the strength it takes to overcome it. It’s not all poetry though. Another one of my passions is photography and it too was an outlet for me in the past. And so, I have decided to implement some of my favorite shots throughout the book as well.
